Moon is now in Scorpio, where transformation prevails, and intuition is a primal, driving force behind our actions. Scorpio is the realm of death, rebirth, regeneration…and when Moon is here, feelings become incredibly powerful. Moon made a conjunction to Mars in Scorpio overnight, which may have left us sleeping restlessly, and will square Saturn in Aquarius at 8:46 AM EDT. We can expect obstacles from authority figures under that square, which becomes a struggle for control. There is no power in overt displays of strength here, this Scorpio New Moon inspires a methodical, calculated, psychological approach to issues. Choose your battles wisely today. Moon will make a quincunx aspect to Chironin Aries at 11:51 AM EDT, and the ego and identity may feel attacked, thanks to buried trauma making us easily provoked. Intense feelings may grow overwhelming as we approach the exact time of New Moon where Sun and Moon will be conjunct at 12 degrees at 5:15 PM EDT. This is a time of shedding skin, of going deep within to contemplate our growth and transformation. What has been left behind should now be abandoned as we honor and acknowledge growth. Though we may feel raw after so much change, this is a point of strength.
