Moon will burst forth into Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac, today at 9:57 AM EST for the beginning of the Lunar month, a completely fresh cycle with plenty of initiative and drive to undertake new things. Aries Moon is explosive expression, feelings are BIG and they are LOUD and they will not be restrained. This is an excellent time to begin new things, and to push forward where perhaps hesitation or restraint has previously been required. Aries Moon encourages blunt force breaking down walls with headstrong adamance, and unstoppable drive.
Mars in Capricorn is taking our instinctual drives and demanding perfection right now. Mars seeks highest aspiration and puts forth relentless effort in the sign of the goat, where Mars is considered to be exalted, and in a naturally powerful place that pushes for success. Today, this exacting Mars in all of it’s well laid plans and intense effort will sextile dreamy Jupiter in Pisces, taking our plans to a new level of optimism that is most welcome, considering Capricorn Mars tends to pick things apart for what can go WRONG, and we may therefore be held back by not seeing in front of us what is already RIGHT. Jupiter in Pisces opens the door in this sextile to harken unto the spiritual, adding a layer of intuitive grace to our otherwise very mundane, very concrete goals of the moment. Jupiter in Pisces can help us to take the edge of pressure off of current plans and situations, and we can perhaps feel our way around obstacles a little more easily with it’s intuitive ebb and flow.
Sun in future focused Aquarius will meet up with Saturn, planet of discipline and reward for effort made today. Reward means that with Saturn, we always reap what we have sown, which can be pleasant or unpleasant. Since Saturn entered this sign upon the Winter Solstice of 2020, it has been inspiring dramatic, and sometimes, sudden change, with Aquarius being the sign of unexpected awakening, and of creating a better future that does not find the constraints of conventional thought at all tolerable.
