We remain under a stable and grounding Taurus Moon today, and it’s the perfect day to work toward mundane but necessary efforts, and to work on creating structure and consistency. Taurus energy is all about hard work toward the long-term and sustainable, we expend a lot of energy, and at the end of the day, will need rest and recovery in order to get up and do it all over again. Taurus is a perpetual powerhouse, never afraid to put in the effort, but that also comes with a requirement to care for the body and meet all of its needs. Don’t neglect exercise or self-care routines today, and if you don’t have them, it’s an ideal time to consider them. Moon will square Aquarius Sun at 8:50 AM EST, and mental blocks may find their way into frustrating emotional expression, this is where nit-picky expectations might get in the way. Aquarius Sun demands freedom, and Taurus Moon likes to play by the rules as Aquarius Sun wants to rewrite them. Moon will sextile Neptune in Pisces at 12:40 PM EST, adding a layer of intuition for us to feel out, and reminding us that though we reside in this very grounded Earthly body, we also have deep spiritual needs as well. Moon will trine Mercury in Capricorn at 8:48 PM EST, and this is an excellent aspect for steady and committed communication. This may not involve compromise, but both sides will be heard, at least. Moon will then move on to trine Pluto in Capricorn at 11:48 PM, an opportunity to honor the deep healing we’ve undergone lately, and a place to acknowledge recent transformation. Moon in Taurus is ready to take these Pluto lessons we’ve been feeling quite seriously, and may seek to implement them. Today may feel like it moves quite slowly, but each hour has its goals, and we will cross off the list one step at a time.
Mars, planet of action and drive, sees all kinds of potentials and pathways to success in Capricorn, and today it will trine Uranus in Taurus, offering us potentials of new approach and breaking free from outdated expectations. Mars in Capricorn is pretty rigid in it’s methods, but Uranus here in a fellow Earth sign is able to speak to the need for change but within a framework of making for a more sustainable future, so Mars in Capricorn is less likely to be resistant, and more likely to consider a good idea when we hear one. Whenever Uranus is involved, it’s an excellent time to break out of ruts in which we may be stuck, so whatever your goals and aspirations are, whatever projects may feel like wheels are spinning, today is the day to dive in and think about new directions. Sudden opportunities may arise here, so if they DO, it’s wise to not immediately discount them, and to stay open to new ideas. Uranus can, at times, provoke a sudden change of direction, so it’s important to remember not to allow frustration to take hold. Capricorn energy responds fairly well to this supportive trine aspect, and is uncharacteristically willing to adjust the framework surrounding it’s incredibly high aspirations. This is the perfect day to take plans, break down into more manageable chunks, and do things like project timelines, or revise your endgame. Sudden revelations may lead to a much better outcome if we take notice, and incorporate them without hesitating.
