Moon enters Libra 5:03 PM EST
We begin the day with Virgo Moon seeking to make things perfect, and it can be a bit more tense today as we feel limitations we may not previously have felt. Moon will make a trine to Pluto in Capricorn at 10:53 AM EST, an opportunity for healing through letting go, but given the intense Pluto themes surrounding the recent Cancer Full Moon, this trine, though a positive aspect, may provoke recent raw spots. Moon will encounter resistance from a square to Mars, planet of action and drive, in Sagittarius at 2:46 PM EST. Sagittarius Mars has no desire to focus on any specific direction and prefers to wander along in merriment, but Virgo Moon needs consistency and a firm plan. This disconnect may show us where we need to buckle down and take more responsibility in coming weeks. Moon will then move into lovely Libra at 5:03 PM EST, and the focus will shift to relationships and relating. Libra energy thrives in balance and harmony, and under Libra Moon we seek to establish or reestablish a sense of peace. Moon will trine Aquarius Sun at 10:43 PM EST, an intellectually curious aspect that lends to an evening of interesting creative pursuits. Moon will trine Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius at 11:47 PM EST, offering a fresh take on recent communication issues that may have surfaced. This is an excellent aspect to deeply contemplate any relationship issues, and seek to work through them with compromise.
Tomorrow we reach the peak of Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius, where Mercury makes it’s conjunction to Sun and we have a brief period of illumination at the height of confusion, where we may have sudden epiphanies and change course. As a result, today may feel quite intense as we move toward this point of Cazimi, Mercury in the heart of the Sun. Given that this Retrograde is happening in Aquarius, we are likely to see issues with technology today, especially in regard to communication. Tomorrow marks a turning point, and, as such, today may feel contentious…issues we’ve been ignoring may be highlighted so that they are now called to our attention to address. Don’t count on plans made today to pan out as expected, a degree of flexibility may be required, which is particularly difficult under the early part of the day, where we are still under a perfectionistic and meticulously planning Virgo Moon. Delays are likely, as is procrastination at the behest of others who may be slow to get moving today, especially with the aforementioned lunar square to Mars in Sagittarius. As we prepare to hit Cazimi tomorrow, we can use today to take stock of everything we still need to review, revisit, revise, reconsider, and redirect, and we are fortunate to have the benefit of Libra Moon consideration and compromise as we figure these things out.
