Cancer Moon is highly sensitive today, it’s an emotional riptide to which we must submit. With Sun in Scorpio, intuition may be quite overwhelming right now, and Cancer Moon isn’t holding back from expression…today will see blowups that result in the desire to hide in our shells to recover. Moon will square Chiron in Aries at 12:33 PM EDT, this is a potential trigger for others to use perceived weaknesses against you, drawing upon insecurities. Keep your guard up during this time. Moon will sextile Uranus in Taurus at 7:37 PM EDT, and unexpected revelations can put a positive spin on change. Moon will square Mercury in Libra overnight, so late night conversations may entail miscommunication and misunderstandings. Overall, this is not the day to get heavy and deep about anything, we are all particularly sensitive, and easily provoked. Lunar aspects are mostly squares today, and a pretty tight Yod tomorrow which I will talk about then, so remember that this underlying emotional tension all has a purpose, and will pass after Moon moves into Leo on Thursday.

Venus in freedom loving Sagittarius will square Neptune in dreamy Pisces tonight at 9:08 PM EDT, and we may be a bit lost in fantasy and delusion today. This square can make us dream about grass that isn’t really greener, seeking anything except the issues before us. Don’t forget that problems never just disappear, a change of venue merely trades one set of problems for another here. There is a strong escapist energy when we meet uncomfortable situations today, both Sagittarius and Neptune will want to wander elsewhere, Sagittarius Venus will go physically, while Neptune in Pisces will escape mentally and spiritually. We may also idealize partners, and be more easily susceptible to manipulation than usual. Don’t believe anything that sounds too good to be true, and wait on major purchases. This square will dissipate rather quickly, by tomorrow we should be feeling more clarity, and Venus will be cavorting with Jupiter in Aquarius on Thursday, bringing us back to the reality of the future.
